when I was sixteen years old and
nearly forty years on ... I still love it.
From a couple of television stations to
Pepper Studios, I gained an insight into
the do's and don'ts of quality video production.
I started andrew kennedy productions over 22 years ago
with my wife Pat, together we have successfully moulded
our present business formula.
andrew kennedy productions is located very close to the city of Adelaide, South Australia. Our cosmopolitan
lifestyle is complimented with a Mediterranean climate and a state that boasts some of the greatest locations
in the world. Close to white sandy beaches, rugged coastlines and the very picturesque Mount Lofty Ranges.
Not far from the great Murray River, the rugged Flinders Ranges and the wild beauty of Kangaroo Island,
and not forgetting the ever-popular wine growing areas of the Clare and Barossa Valleys.

Focussed ... yeah we're focussed,
although sometimes throwing a shot out of focus can be a nice look.
You have to love new technology and the ability to keep most things in house.
It allows us to shoot HD data, edit it and send files for approval and broadcast.
Quite simply we keep our overheads down and support local talent.
Currently we utilize Final Cut Studio incorporating Final Cut Pro, Motion,
Soundtrack Pro, Color, Compressor and DVD Studio.
We have machine playback of Digital, SX and SP Betacam, HDV, DVCam & miniDV.
Files can be provided in all formats for client approval and the internet.
We transfer all commercials directly to Dubsat or Adstream for broadcast through ftp.
Adelaide has world-class production and post production facilities with the people to match.
We welcome collaboration with other production facilities and have a great association with freelancers.
Strategic planning, development and pre-production will ensure a hassle free production.
We still welcome new challenges,
treat every production (and budget) differently,
always playing and trying new techniques.
We've embraced HD DSLR shooting,
currently using it to shoot jewellery for commercial production.
